Abstract

FIELD: technology of inorganic substances. SUBSTANCE: interaction of aluminium sulfate in an aqueous solution with calcium-containing reagent is carried out at heating for a single stage using calcium hydroxychloride or chlorocarbonate. Reagents were dosed at amount providing preparing the end product solutions at base 33-75%. The formed precipitate of calcium sulfate is separated from the end product and subjected for an aqueous-acid treatment that is carried out for 0.5-1 h at mass ratio $$$ = (1.5:1)-(1:1), at medium pH = 0.8-2.0. Изобретение относится к технологии неорганических веществ, в частности к получению коагулянта на основе гидроксосолей алюминия, применяемого в процессах водоподготовки, очистки сточных вод и растворов, а также в других отраслях промышленности. Техническая задача изобретения - упрощение процесса, снижение потерь целевого продукта с осадком сульфата кальция и получение последнего в форме, удобной для дальнейшей переработки. Поставленная задача достигается тем, что в предлагаемом процессе взаимодействие сульфата алюминия в водном растворе с кальцийсодержащим реагентом ведут при нагревании в одну стадию, используя в качестве последнего гидроксохлорид или хлорокарбонат кальция, причем реагенты дозируют в количестве, обеспечивающем получение растворов целевого продукта с основностью 33-75%, а образующийся осадок сульфата кальция отделяют от целевого продукта и подвергают водно-кислотной обработке. Водно-кислотную обработку осадка сульфата кальция ведут в течение 0,5 - 1 ч при массовом отношении Ж: Твл в пределах от 1,5-1 до 1:1 и рН среды 0,8 - 2,0. Промывные воды используют для приготовления раствора сульфата алюминия и на стадии водно-кислотной обработки осадка.The invention relates to the technology of inorganic substances, in particular to the production of a coagulant based on aluminum hydroxosalts used in water treatment, wastewater and solutions, as well as in other industries. The problem is achieved in that in the proposed process, the interaction of aluminum sulfate in an aqueous solution with a calcium-containing reagent is carried out during heating in one stage, using as the last hydroxychloride or calcium chlorocarbonate, and the reagents are dosed in an amount that provides solutions of the target product with a basicity of 33-75 %, and the precipitate of calcium sulfate is separated from the target product and subjected to water-acid treatment. Water-acid treatment of the precipitate of calcium sulfate is carried out for 0.5 to 1 hour with a mass ratio of W: T ow in the range from 1.5-1 to 1: 1 and a pH of 0.8 to 2.0. Wash water is used to prepare a solution of aluminum sulfate and at the stage of water-acid treatment of the precipitate.
