Abstract

FIELD: gas-turbine plants for driving external loads, such as generators of mobile and modular low-power plants. SUBSTANCE: gas-turbine plant has external-load set 11 and gas-turbine engine whose housing 1 accommodates turbocompressor, free power turbine 7, diffuser 10 mounted downstream of turbine; in addition, it is provided with casing 12 which forms, together with engine housing 1, annular chamber 14, blind on shaft end, and communicates with diffuser 10; in vicinity of compressor 3, it communicates with atmosphere via ports 15; annular chamber 14 is isolated from air duct of compressor by means of adjustable pipe connections 17; rigidly fixed on inner surface 19 of casing 12 in vicinity of turbine 4 is annular throttling member 20 forming blind space 21 on side of compressor 3 and annular flow channel 23, on side of housing of turbine 22. External-load set housing, primarily gear or step-up gear housing, has its wall facing compressor and forms annular flow channel together with external-load drive shaft. EFFECT: improved operating conditions of plant due to more effective cooling of hot parts of engine housing, eliminating explosions and fire during engine starting and ice on external load housing at sub-zero temperatures. 4 dwg

Claims (1)

Изобретение относится к газотурбостроению, точнее к устройствам газотурбинных установок для привода внешней нагрузки, преимущественно генератора в составе передвижных и блочно-контейнерных электростанций малой мощности до 5 МВт. Техническая задача, которую решает изобретение, заключается в улучшении условий эксплуатации энергетической установки путем повышения эффективности охлаждения нагреваемых частей корпуса газотурбинного двигателя, устранения вероятности взрывов и пожаров при пусках двигателя, а также исключения обледенения вала и корпуса внешней нагрузки при отрицательных температурах эксплуатации установки. Техническая задача решается за счет того, что установка, содержащая агрегат внешней нагрузки 11 и газотурбинный двигатель, в корпусе которого размещены турбокомпрессор, свободная силовая турбина с валом привода внешней нагрузки, затурбинный диффузор, дополнительно содержит кожух, образующий с корпусом двигателя тупиковую со стороны вала привода кольцевую камеру, сообщающуюся с затурбинным диффузором, а в зоне компрессора через окна - с окружающим воздухом, причем кольцевая камера изолирована от воздушного тракта компрессора регулируемыми патрубками, на внутренней поверхности кожуха в зоне турбины жестко установлен кольцевой дросселирующий элемент, образующий со стороны компрессора тупиковую полость, а со стороны корпуса турбины - кольцевой проточный канал. Корпус агрегата внешней нагрузки, преимущественно редуктора или мультипликатора, с его стенкой, обращенной к компрессору, образует кольцевой проточный канал с валом привода внешней нагрузки.The invention relates to gas turbine construction, and more specifically, to devices of gas turbine units for driving an external load, mainly a generator as a part of mobile and block-container power plants of low power up to 5 MW. The technical problem is solved due to the fact that the installation containing an external load unit 11 and a gas turbine engine, in the housing of which a turbocompressor is located, a free power turbine with an external load drive shaft, a turbine diffuser further comprises a casing forming a dead end from the side of the drive shaft with the engine housing an annular chamber in communication with the turbine diffuser, and in the compressor zone through windows, with ambient air, and the annular chamber is isolated from the compressor air path By using branch pipes, an annular throttling element is rigidly mounted on the inner surface of the casing in the turbine zone, forming a dead end on the compressor side, and an annular flow channel on the side of the turbine casing. The casing of an external load unit, mainly a gearbox or a multiplier, with its wall facing the compressor, forms an annular flow channel with an external load drive shaft.
