Abstract

FIELD: mechanical engineering; materials handling facilities. SUBSTANCE: proposed device is intended to transfer material from one belt conveyor to three other bolt conveyors. Device has inlet branch pipe, central branch pipe and two side outlet branch pipes and distributing device providing transportation of material in each outlet branch pipe separately. Drawback of known devices of this type is necessity to use two slide valves controlled by separate drives which makes construction more complex and reduces its reliability. Purpose of proposed device is elimination of this drawback and cutting down coat of transfer device. In proposed device distributing arrangement is controlled by one drive and is made in form of rotary drum with diametrically arranged slide valve and two side segment gates. EFFECT: improved reliability, reduced cost of device. 3 dwg

Недостатком известных устройств такого рода является необходимость применения в качестве распределительного приспособления двух шиберов, управляемых раздельными приводами, что усложняет конструкцию и снижает ее надежность. Цель изобретения заключается в устранении этого недостатка, а кроме того, в снижении стоимости пересыпного устройства, распределительное приспособление которого управляется одним приводом и выполнено в виде поворотного барабана с диаметрально расположенным шибером и двумя боковыми сегментными заслонками.The invention is intended for reloading material from one conveyor belt to three other conveyor belts.
