Abstract

FIELD: medicine; urology; medical equipment. SUBSTANCE: method involves contact exposure of the prostate to ultrasound through the rectum or prostatic part of the urethra. The high-amplitude low frequency ultrasound is applied on the urethra in its front part through liquid drug. The acoustic and technical parameters are as follows: urethral treatment - frequency 26.5 kHz, amplitude 35-60 mcm, distance between the sound-emitting end of the tool and mucous membrane of the urethra at least 2 mm, exposure time 60 s, tool motion speed at least 0.5 cm/s, circular exposure rpm at least 60; rectal treatment - frequency 26.5 kHz, amplitude 20-35 mcm, exposure time 120 s, tool motion speed at least 0.5 cm/s. The device has a generator of ultrasound, an acoustic unit, a working tool (waveguide), a perforated urethra dilator, and an acoustic unit for circular sound application. EFFECT: higher treatment efficacy; longer remission period.

The invention relates to the field of medicine and medical technology, 5 in particular to urology. The purpose of the invention: improving the effectiveness of treatment and increasing the duration of remission. The method includes the contact action of ultrasounds on the prostate gland through the prostatic urethra or rectum, and is carried out sequentially during one procedure, acting on the prostate with the energy of high-amplitude low-frequency ultrasound, both urethral and rectal, with sounding of the urethra in its front part through liquid medicine, with acoustic and technical parameters: frequency of ultrasonic vibrations 26.5 kHz, amplitude of ultrasonic vibrations of the tool gadfly 35-60 μm, the distance between the emitting end of the waveguide tool and the urethral mucosa is at least 2 mm, the exposure of ultrasonic vibrations is 60 s, the speed of the waveguide tool is at least 0.5 cm / s, the speed of circular sounding is at least 60 rpm / min, and rectal scoring is carried out contact through a consistent drug by the movements of the working end of the waveguide-tool along the excretory ducts of the lobes of the prostate gland with acoustic and technological parameters: ultrasonic frequency oscillations 26.5 kHz, the amplitude of the ultrasonic vibrations of the waveguide tool 20 - 35 microns, the exposure of ultrasonic vibrations 120 s, the speed of movement of the waveguide tool at least 0.5 cm / s. The method is carried out by a device containing an ultrasonic generator, an acoustic unit, a waveguide tool, a one-sided open perforated urethral dilator-limiter and an acoustic unit for circular sounding.
