Abstract

FIELD: heat engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has warning unit, fuel cut-out mechanism, make-up water vessel 1 and automatic device 2 located under it and provided with connecting pipe lines 17,18,19 and 20; device consists of set of coaxial cylinders: outer cylinder 4, inner cylinder 6 and intermediate cylinder 5. These cylinders form individual chambers. Cylinders are rigidly secured to flange 7 on one side and to flange 8 on other side. Cylinder 6 has holes 15, flange 8 has hole 9 which brings intermediate chamber of cylinder set in communication with chamber 12 above valve 11. As level of water in steam-water boiler drum 3 located under vessel 1 and device 2 drops below permissible limit, steam flows to cylinder 6 via pipe line 19, to intermediate chamber through holes 15 and to vessel 1 via pipe line 20. Water from vessel 1 is drained to drum 3 via pipe line 17, outer chamber and pipe line 18, thus providing for required make-up. Cylinder 6 is elongated due to steam heating opening valve 11 and admitting steam from chamber 12 to warning unit and cutting out fuel. EFFECT: enhanced reliability and efficiency of boiler protection by low level. 1 dwg

Claims (1)

Технический результат: обеспечение полной безопасности работы котла при упуске котловой воды. Сущность: устройство сигнализации, механизм отключения подачи топлива, замкнутый сосуд 1 с подпиточной водой и расположенное под ним автоматическое устройство 2 со связывающими трубопроводами 17, 18, 19 и 20, содержащее набор из наружного 4, внутреннего 6 и промежуточного 5 коаксиальных цилиндров, образующих соответствующие одноименные обособленные полости и жестко закрепленных по периметру каждой из оконечностей цилиндров к фланцу 7 с одной из сторон и цилиндров 4 и 5 к фланцу 8 с противоположной стороны. Цилиндр 6 имеет отверстия 15, фланец 8 - отверстие 9, сообщающее промежуточную полость набора с полостью 12 над клапаном 11. При снижении уровня воды в пароводяном барабане котла 3, расположенном под сосудом 1 и устройством 2, ниже предельно допустимого пар по трубопроводу 19 поступает в цилиндр 6, через отверстия 15 в промежуточную полость набора и по трубопроводу 20 в сосуд 1. Вода из сосуда 1 по трубопроводу 17, наружную полость и трубопровод 18 сливается в барабан 3, что обеспечивает его необходимую подпитку. От нагрева паром цилиндр 6 удлиняется, от его нажатия клапан 11 открывается, и пар из полости 12 поступает на сигнализацию и отключение топлива форсунок. Положительный результат: повышение надежности и эффективности защиты котла по нижнему уровню воды.

The cylinder 6 has openings 15, the flange 8 has an opening 9, which communicates an intermediate set cavity with a cavity 12 above the valve 11. When the water level in the steam-water drum of the boiler 3, which is located under the vessel 1 and device 2, decreases below the maximum permissible steam, it flows through the pipeline 19 to cylinder 6, through openings 15 into the intermediate cavity of the set and through pipe 20 to vessel 1. Water from vessel 1 through pipe 17, the external cavity and pipe 18 is discharged into drum 3, which ensures its necessary recharge. From steam heating, the cylinder 6 lengthens, from its pressing the valve 11 opens, and the steam from the cavity 12 enters the alarm and shuts off the fuel nozzles. Positive result: increased reliability and efficiency of boiler protection at the lower water level.
