Abstract

FIELD: production of consumable patterns for making noncircular gear wheels with central opening. SUBSTANCE: method allows to eliminate operation of orienting core mark hole in cover for forming mounting opening in pattern of noncircular gear wheel relative to complex-profile toothed rim of die. It is provided by treating core mark hole in cover and toothed die during the same operation of electro-erosion cutting out. At first transition of said cutting out operation die blank assembled with cover is placed on table of machine tool preliminarily fixed on said die blank, for example with use of pins. Then core mark hole is cut out in cover and the last is removed. At that operation die blank remains on table without changing mutual position of tool and said die blank achieved making hole in cover. And at last tool is moved to initial point of treatment of toothed rim of die for cutting out said rim. Further assembling cover and die is performed according to positions of pin openings for fixing said cover with the aid of pins. Above mentioned procedure provides predetermined relative position of toothed rim and core mark hole in cover for making opening in pattern of noncircular gear wheel. Such method is tested experimentally. EFFECT: simplified manufacturing process.

Claims (1)

Предлагаемый способ предусматривает упрощение тахнологии изготовления пресс-форм для получения выплавляемых моделей некруглых зубчатых колес с центральным (посадочным) отверстием. Способ зволяет устранить операцию ориентации знакового отверстия в крышке под стержень для формирования посадочного отверстия в модели некруглого колеса относительно сложнопрофильного зубчатого венца матрицы. Это достигается тем, что знаковое отверстие под стержень в крышке и зубчатую матрицу обрабатывают в одну операцию электроэрозионной вырезки, в первый переход которой на столе станка устанавливают заготовку матрицы в сборе с крышкой, предварительно зафиксированной на заготовке матрицы, например, с помощью штифтов, на плоскость заготовки матрицы, свободную от крышки, затем производят вырезку знакового отверстия в крышке, после чего крышку удаляют, причем заготовку матрицы не снимают со стола и не изменяют взаимного положения инструментальной скобы (инструмента) и заготовки матрицы, которое было достигнуто после обработки отверстия в крышке, наконец, выполняют перемещение инструмента в исходную точку обработки зубчатого венца матрицы и затем выполняют вырезку венца. Последующую установку крышки на матрицу (сборку) осуществляют по штифтовым отверстиям и фиксируют крышку штифтами. Описанная совокупность приемов обеспечивает заданное относительное положение зубчатого венца и знакового отверстия в крышке под стержень для формирования посадочного отверстия в модели некруглого колеса. Subsequent installation of the cover on the matrix (assembly) is carried out through the pin holes and the cover is fixed with pins. The described set of techniques provides a given relative position of the ring gear and the iconic hole in the cover for the rod to form a landing hole in the non-circular wheel model. The method has been tested experimentally.
