Вышеуказанная последовательность способа реализуется устройством для работы двигателя внутреннего сгорания, содержащем цилиндр с головкой 1, тяги 4, гидроцилиндры 3, стойки 5, направляющие 6, раму 9, поддон картера 10, эластичное уплотнение 7, экраны , центрующие плоскости 14, трубопроводы привода гудроцилиндров 15 и 16, опорные подшипники коленчатого вала 11, коленчатый вал 12, шатун 13, поршень 2. Работа двигателя внутреннего сгорания осуществляется следующим образом. При запуске двигателя под действием жидкости, подаваемой в гидроцилиндры 3 по трубопроводу 16 поршни в гидроцилиндрах перемещаются вниз вместе с цилиндром 1 в крайнее положение оставляя при этом минимальный свободный объем над поршнем 2 при нахождении его в верхней мертвой точке.
