Then carrier carbon embedded into sealing surface of shutter for casting ladle is burnt out at heat treatment in reduction atmosphere with carbon separation. If it is necessary one of several cycles of vacuum heat treatment may be used. Due to insertion of preliminarily make ring 9 and realization of above mentioned steps sliding surface of shutter for casting ladle exhibits super high service properties. Said preliminarily made ring may simultaneously compensate increased loads in zone of pouring duct. EFFECT: enhanced consumer's properties, increased service life period of shutter.
