Abstract

Process of hardening of articles from valve metals and their alloys includes preliminary surface plastic deformation and subsequent anode-cathode microarc oxidation. EFFECT: enhanced microhardness, increased thickness of coat, diminished roughness and change of dimensions.

Изобретение относится к технологии машиностроения и может быть использовано при изготовлении деталей машин из вентильных сплавов, а также из сталей с алюминиевым покрытием, к поверхностям которых предъявляются требования по износостойкости, диэлектрической прочности, теплостойкости и коррозионной стойкости. Сущность изобретения: способ упрочнения изделий из вентильных металлов и их сплавов включает предварительное поверхностное пластическое деформирование и последующее анодно-катодное микродуговое оксидирование.
