Abstract
FIELD: boiler engineering; boilers working on natural gas and liquid fuel. SUBSTANCE: waste heat recovery has evaporating stage and condensing stage; upper head and continuous and periodic blow water pipe lines are mounted above evaporating stage; fans with vapor and water injection pipe lines are mounted at inlet of condensing stage on air side; fan is also connected to inlet of evaporating stage; they are also connected (in way of flow of waste gases) to left- and right-hand branches of U-shaped arrangement of waste heat recovery which are connected through condensate receiver; besides, they receive tubes finned with common fins which form alternating passages for flow of air and combustion products; outer tubes are used for transportation of air and finned tubes of both branches are connected by means of water-to-water heat exchanger. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency.
