SUBSTANCE: waste heat recovery has evaporating stage and condensing stage; upper head and continuous and periodic blow water pipe lines are mounted above evaporating stage; fans with vapor and water injection pipe lines are mounted at inlet of condensing stage on air side; fan is also connected to inlet of evaporating stage; they are also connected (in way of flow of waste gases) to left- and right-hand branches of U-shaped arrangement of waste heat recovery which are connected through condensate receiver; besides, they receive tubes finned with common fins which form alternating passages for flow of air and combustion products; outer tubes are used for transportation of air and finned tubes of both branches are connected by means of water-to-water heat exchanger. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency.

Сущность изобретения заключается в том, что над испарительной ступенью водовоздушного утилизатора теплоты установлены верхний насадок и трубопроводы воды непрерывной и периодической продувок, в конденсационной ступени на входе по воздушной стороне размещены вентилятор с трубопроводом выпара и впрыска воды, причем последний подключен также ко входу в испарительную ступень, ступени соответственно подключены по ходу движения уходящих газов к левой и правой ветвям U-образной компоновки утилизатора, которые соединены через сборник конденсата, кроме того, в них размещены трубы, оребренные общими ребрами, которыми образованы чередующиеся каналы для прохода воздуха и продуктов сгорания, причем внешние предназначены для транспортирования воздуха, а оребренные трубы в обеих ветвях связаны посредством водоводяного теплообменника.The invention relates to boiler equipment in which natural gas and liquid fuel are used as fuel.
