FIELD: boiler engineering; boilers working on natural gas or liquid fuels. SUBSTANCE: air heater has U-shaped arrangement with evaporating stage mounted in left-hand branch in way of motion of waste gases; upper head and continuous and periodic blow pipe lines are located above evaporating stage; water-to-air heat exchanger is located in lower portion; this heat exchanger is arranged in volume of condensate receiver provided with cleaning pipe line; condensate receiver connects evaporating stage with lower head and condensing stage located in right-hand branch. Fan located at condensing stage inlet in air end is provided with evaporating and injection pipe lines; fan is also connected to water-to-air heat exchanger and evaporating stage. EFFECT: intensified heat exchange and avoidance of low-temperature corrosion.

Целью изобретения является интенсификация теплообмена и устранение влияния низкотемпературной коррозии. Сущность изобретения заключается в том, что воздухоподогреватель представлен U-образной компоновкой, где в его левой ветви по ходу движения уходящих газов установлена испарительная ступень, над которой расположены верхний насадок и трубопроводы непрерывной и периодической продувок, в нижней части - водовоздушный теплообменник, размещенный в объеме сборника конденсата, имеющего трубопровод очистки, и соединяющий испарительную ступень с находящимися в правой ветви нижним насадком и конденсационной ступенью, на входе в которую по воздушной стороне размещены вентилятор с трубопроводами выпара и впрыска воды, причем последний подключен также к водовоздушному теплообменнику и испарительной ступени.The invention relates to boiler equipment in which natural gas or liquid fuel is used as fuel.
