Abstract

FIELD: operation of gas and petroleum product pipe lines. SUBSTANCE: if defects are revealed in pipe line walls, pressure is reduced in this pipe line to required value and steel sleeve consisting of two halves is fitted on pipe line without discontinuation of its operation, after which sleeve halves are welded together. This done, pressure is restored to working level; as a result, sleeve presses defective section of pipe line reducing circular tensile stresses which give rise to propagation of defects. Similar effect is obtained without reducing the pressure in pipe line at pressing thew sleeve halves on the outside before welding them by hydraulic chain clamp. To exclude defects in weld seams, ends of sleeves are welded to load-bearing pipe by means of circumferential fillet seams. Sleeves may be also made in form of sheet structures wound on pipe at reduced pressure. EFFECT: enhanced reliability.

Claims (1)

Использование: эксплуатация газонефтепродуктопроводов и водоводов высокого давления. Сущность изобретения: с целью предотвращения развития дефектов, обнаруженных в стенке трубопровода, в нем снижают давление на заданную величину и, не прекращая работы трубопровода, на дефектный участок надевают стальную муфту определенной толщины из двух половин, которые свариваются между собой. Затем давление восстанавливают до рабочего, при этом муфта обжимает дефектный участок трубопровода и снижает до расчетного уровня кольцевые растягивающие напряжения, ответственные за развитие дефектов. Аналогичный эффект достигается без снижения давления в трубопроводе при обжатии снаружи половин муфты до их сварки гидравлическими цепными зажимами. Для предупреждения раскрытия дефектов сварных швов торцы муфт привариваются к несущей трубе фланговыми кольцевыми швами. Муфты, разгружающие трубу, могут изготовляться также в виде многослойных листовых конструкций, наматываемых на трубу при пониженном давлении.Usage: operation of gas and oil pipelines and high pressure pipelines.
