Поставленная цель достигается тем, что определение токоферола производят электрохимическим методом циклической вольтамперометрии в неводных средах. При получении жировой фракции используют хлористый метилен. Предлагаемое изобретение обеспечивает следующие преимущества: малый расход реактивов, экспрессность и высокоточность определения, простота используемого оборудования и возможность его использования в экспедиционных условиях.The invention relates to biochemistry, in particular to an electrochemical method for the determination of tocopherol, in particular, in sturgeon.
