Цель изобретения - повышение точности определения содержания токоферола в объектах, уменьшение количества стадий предварительной подготовки и сокращение времени анализа. Поставленная цель достигается тем, что определение токоферола производят электрохимическим методом циклической вольтамперометрии в неводных средах. При получении жировой фракции используют хлористый метилен. Предлагаемое изобретение обеспечивает следующие преимущества: малый расход реактивов, экспрессность и высокоточность определения, простота используемого оборудования и возможность его использования в экспедиционных условиях.The invention relates to biochemistry, in particular to an electrochemical method for the determination of tocopherol, in particular, in sturgeon. The purpose of the invention is to increase the accuracy of determining the content of tocopherol in objects, reducing the number of stages of preliminary preparation and reducing analysis time.
