Abstract

FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: first, erected by one of traditional methods (by crane, mast) is lower part of structure 4. Then, affixed to top of lower part at external sides are two rope tackles 5 with one common rope. Rigid structural unit preliminarily enlarged on ground level and consisting of several spacious sections C1, C2, C3, C4 which are rigidly interconnected along one face by two flat hinges 6, and along opposite face by temporary bolts, is raised to vertical position by means of rope tackles and guy hinges 7. Lower movable rollers of rope tackles 5 are connected with lower end of hanging vertical block. Temporary bolts between two upper sections C1 and C2 are removed, leaving hinges 6 in their place. By this way, block is converted into crank mechanism in which crank function is performed by upper block C1, and connecting rod function is performed by rigid block consisting of sections C2, C3, C4. After actuation of electric winch of rope tackles 5 for lifting, lower part of section C4 (slide member) slides along temporary guide members 10 and raises up, and section C1 (crank) after turning through 180 degrees and fixing occupies designed position. Connecting rod hangs on hinges 6. After removing temporary bolts between two upper sections C2 and C3 of connecting rod (hinges 6 remain) all components create new crank mechanism in initial position ready fir initiation of new erection cycle. Last section C4 is erected with the help of false section 8 used in function of last connecting rod. EFFECT: high efficiency. 2 dwg

The method of mounting tower and mast structures using a crank mechanism relates to the field of installation of building structures. The essence of the method is as follows. On the lower part of the structure 4 mounted by one of the traditional methods (by crane, mast), two pulley 5 with one common cable are fixed from the outside. A rigid block mounted on the ground, consisting of several spatial sections C1, C2, C3, C4, which are rigidly connected to each other along one side by two flat hinges 6, and on the opposite side by temporary bolts, are fed upward in a vertical position with the help of chain hoists and a guy and its upper end is fixed to the upper part of the previously mounted structure 4 with two hinges 7. The lower movable pulley casters 5 are connected to the bottom of the hanging vertical unit. Remove the temporary bolts between the two upper sections C1 and C2, leaving the hinges 6. The block is turned into a crank mechanism, in which the upper block C1 is the crank, and the connecting block is the rigid block consisting of sections C2, C3, C4. After turning on the electric hoist of the chain hoists 5, the bottom of the section C4 (slider) slides in the temporary directions 10, rising upwards, and section C1 - the crank after turning 180 o and fixing - takes up the design position, the connecting rod hangs on hinges 6 and after removing the temporary bolts between the two upper sections of the connecting rod (between C2 and C3, the hinges 6 remain) turns into a new crank mechanism in its original position to start a new cycle. Thus, all sections of the initially suspended block (C1, C2, C3) are sequentially turned first into a crank, then into the trunk of the structure. Moreover, the last section C4 is mounted using a false section 8, used as the last connecting rod. Due to the fact that the reinforced block consists of sections (links), interconnected during installation on one face by hinges 6, sections of the block during installation cyclically "flow" into the trunk of the structure (in one cycle - one section).
