Technical result from realization of proposed process consists in possibility of recovery of non-ferrous metal in the form of funnel enclosed in shaped-charge shells. Shaped jet is force-formed from funnel of shaped-charge shell by static demolition of shell. Explosive charge with electric detonator to be blasted is put on body of shell in area of its detonator at minimal distance from it. Metal stamper formed from shaped funnel is trapped with the aid of retarding body of trap in which capacity there is used energy-damping material for instance, dry sand of dry mixture of sand and cement. EFFECT: recovery of non-ferrous metal.

Изобретение относится к области уничтожения боеприпасов и может быть использовано, в частности, при ликвидации кумулятивных артиллерийских снарядов, выводимых из боевого состояния в связи с сокращением вооружений в соответствии с заключенными международными договорами, морально устаревших или с истекшими сроками хранения. Технический результат: утилизация цветного металла, заключенного в кумулятивных снарядах в виде кумулятивной воронки. Он достигается тем, что из воронки кумулятивного снаряда принудительно формируют кумулятивную струю путем статического подрыва снаряда. Для этого на корпусе снаряда в районе его детонатора на минимальном от него расстоянии устанавливают заряд взрывчатого вещества с электродетонатором, который подрывают, образующийся из кумулятивной воронки металлический пест улавливают с помощью тормозящего тела ловушки, в качестве которого используют энергогасящий сыпучий материал, например сухой песок или сухую смесь песка и цемента.The invention relates to the field of destruction of ammunition and can be used, in particular, in the elimination of cumulative artillery shells that are withdrawn from combat due to arms reduction in accordance with international treaties that are morally obsolete or have expired.
