Abstract

FIELD: processing of rubber. SUBSTANCE: ground vulcanized waste of high molecular weight siloxane caoutchouc is treated by 5 % solution of origin rubber mixture in organic solvent. Then said solution is removed. Content of waste being affected by said treatment in origin rubber mixture is 10-150 mass parts per 100 mass parts of caoutchouc. EFFECT: improves strength of desired polymer siloxane compositions.

Изобретение относится к способам переработки резин вулканизированных отходов высокомолекулярных силоксановых каучуков и может быть использовано для получения качественных композиций на основе силоксановых каучуков с большим содержанием отходов. Техническим результатом изобретения является повышение прочности, сопротивления раздиру силоксановых полимерных композиций при введении в них предварительно обработанных отходов силоксановых резин. Указанный технический результат достигается тем, что измельченные вулканизированные отходы высокомолекулярных силоксановых каучуков обрабатываются 5-%ным раствором исходной резиновой смеси на основе высокомолекулярных силоксановых каучуков в органическом растворителе с последующим его удалением, причем, содержание обработанных отходов в исходной резиновой смеси - 10-150 мас.ч. на 100 мас.ч. каучука.The invention relates to methods for processing rubber vulcanized wastes of high molecular weight siloxane rubbers and can be used to obtain high-quality compositions based on siloxane rubbers with a high content of waste.
