Abstract

FIELD: engine engineering. SUBSTANCE: engine comprises stator 1 and at least one casing of cylinder 4 mounted inside the stator in bearings and provided with two opposite pistons 5 and 6 secured to common rod 7 mounted on crank shaft 9 set in bearings 10 and 11 of stator 1 and kinematically coupled with the casing of cylinder 4 through transmitting mechanism 12. The axis of rotation of the mechanism is shifted from the axis of rotation of the crank shaft by the radius of the crank. End inner spaces 14 and 15 of the cylinder have above-piston chambers 17 and under- piston chambers 18. The under-piston spaces are in communication with inlet passageway 20 through inlet ports 19. The above-piston spaces are in communication with outlet passageway 22 through respective ports. Each end space of the cylinder has by-passing ports 23 and 24 arranged over its generatrices with respect to the axis of rotation and connecting the under-piston chambers with the above-piston spaces. Цель изобретения - создание ротативного двигателя повышенной надежности, экономичности, низкой металлоемкости, обеспечивающего привод малогабаритных исполнительных механизмов. Ротативный двигатель внутреннего сгорания содержит статор 1, размещенный в последнем на опорах, по меньшей мере один корпус цилиндра 4 с двумя оппозитно расположенными поршнями 5 и 6, закрепленными на общем штоке 7, смонтированном на кривошипе коленвала 9, установленного на опорах 10 и 11 статора 1 и кинематически связанного через передаточный механизм 12 с корпусом цилиндра 4, ось вращения которого смещена от оси вращения коленвала на радиус кривошипа, причем крайние внутренние полости 14 и 15 цилиндра имеют надпоршневые 17 и подпоршневые 18 камеры, последние из которых сообщаются через впускные окна 19 с впускным каналом 20, а надпоршневые 17 через соответствующие окна - с выпускным каналом 22 и каждая крайняя полость цилиндра имеет выполненные по его образующим относительно оси вращения перепускные окна 23 и 24, сообщающие подпоршневые камеры с надпоршневыми. A rotary internal combustion engine operates at various, including forced, revolutions of the crankshaft, while ensuring its exceptional economy, high reliability and small size, which allows it to be used to drive actuators such as a portable motor tool.
