Abstract

FIELD: engine manufacture; fuel gas pressure control in gas-fired internal-combustion engines. SUBSTANCE: upper part of high pressure controller 1 is made in the form of cylindrical bore 3 accommodating sensing member in the form of slide valve 4; external cylindrical surface has annular drilling 5 with radial ducts 6, and axial duct 7 is provided along axis which abuts against radial ducts 6. Slide valve has pressure spring 8 and adjusting screw 9 installed in cover 10. Inner space of bore 3 abuts against internal high-pressure space 11 and is provided with annular boss 12 to restrict travel of slide valve 4. Low-pressure controller 2 is made in the form of cylinder with internal partition 15 dividing it interior into two additional spaces, upper one 16 and lower space 17. Cylindrical drillings 17, 18 are made in partition 15 and in lower cylindrical space 17 of first-stage gear case 2 which accommodate sensing member in the form of elide valve 20 and piston 21, respectively. Slide valve 20 has rod 22 with limiter 23 and rod bar 24 with stop 25. Made on outer surface of slide valve 20 is annular drilling 26 with radial ducts 27 and axial duct 28 communicating with radial ducts 27. Piston 21 is made in the form of disk with axial hole that functions to install it onto rod 22 in bore 19 so that inner space 17 is additionally divided into two closed cylindrical spaces of variable volume: discharging device space 29 and atmospheric pressure space 30; piston 21 is provided with pressure spring 31, and high-pressure space 11 communicates through duct 44 with cylindrical drilling 18 in partition 15. EFFECT: improved reliability of pressure control.

Сущность изобретения заключается в том, что полость регулятора высокого давления в верхней своей части выполнен в виде цилиндрической расточки, внутри которой размещен чувствительный элемент, выполненный в виде золотника, на наружной цилиндрической поверхности имеет кольцевую проточку с радиальными каналами, а по оси - осевой канал, примыкающий к радиальным каналам. Золотник снабжен нажимной пружиной и регулировочным винтом, установленным в крышке. Расточка своей внутренней полостью примыкает к внутренней полости высокого давления и для ограничения хода золотника снабжена кольцевым выступом. Полость регулятора низкого давления, выполнена в виде цилиндра с внутренней перегородкой, разделяющей внутреннюю полость на две дополнительные полости - верхнюю и нижнюю. В перегородке и в нижней цилиндрической полости корпуса второй ступени редуктора выполнены цилиндрические расточки и внутри которых размещены соответственно чувствительный элемент, выполненный в виде золотника и поршень. Золотник снабжен штоком с ограничителем и стержнем штока с упором. На наружной поверхности золотника выполнена кольцевая проточка с радиальными каналами, а по оси-осевой канал, сообщенный с радиальным каналом. Поршень выполнен в виде шайбы с осевым отверстием, с помощью которого он устанавливается на шток в расточке, таким образом при котором внутренняя полость дополнительно разделяется на две полости в виде замкнутых цилиндров с изменяющимся объемом - полость разгрузочного устройства и полость атмосферного давления, причем поршень снабжен нажимной пружиной, а полость высокого давления через канал сообщена с цилиндрической расточкой в перегородке.The invention relates to engine building, and more particularly to devices for regulating the pressure of fuel gas in gas internal combustion engines. The bore with its internal cavity adjoins the internal cavity of high pressure and is equipped with an annular protrusion to limit the stroke of the spool. The cavity of the low pressure regulator is made in the form of a cylinder with an internal partition dividing the internal cavity into two additional cavities - upper and lower. In the partition and in the lower cylindrical cavity of the housing of the second stage of the gearbox, cylindrical bores are made and inside which are placed respectively a sensitive element made in the form of a spool and a piston. The spool is equipped with a stem with a stop and a rod stem with an emphasis. An annular groove with radial channels is made on the outer surface of the spool, and an axial-axial channel in communication with the radial channel is made. The piston is made in the form of a washer with an axial hole, with which it is mounted on the rod in the bore, so that the internal cavity is additionally divided into two cavities in the form of closed cylinders with a varying volume - the cavity of the unloading device and the cavity of atmospheric pressure, and the piston is equipped with a pressure a spring, and the high-pressure cavity through the channel is in communication with a cylindrical bore in the partition.
