Указанные конструкции можно использовать для экспрессии представляющих интерес ДНК - последовательностей в течение фаз эмбрионального развития, которые предшествуют стадии накопления запасных белков.

Claims (1)

  1. Заявляются ДНК - конструкции, включающие 5' - нетранслированные последовательности генов, активных от поздних глобулярный стадий и вплоть до созревания эмбриона. Указанные конструкции можно использовать для экспрессии представляющих интерес ДНК - последовательностей в течение фаз эмбрионального развития, которые предшествуют стадии накопления запасных белков.
