FIELD: chemical industry. SUBSTANCE: claimed process for preparing shell pigments comprises treating particles in grinding device and simultaneously treating colorant filler particles. Prior to simultaneous treatment of colorant and filler particles, they are previously mixed in forced action mixer for 4-6 min, and filler and the mixture are treated in centrifugal vibration mill operating under both centrifugal and coriolis forces. EFFECT: higher covering power, greater whiteness and better decorative effect for color pigments.

Предлагаемое изобретение относится к области получения оболочковых пигментов и может быть использовано в качестве заменителей натуральных пигментов в декоративных цементах, бетонах, керамике, полимерных и других материалах. Использование изобретения позволяет получать оболочковые пигменты с более высокими показателями укрывистости, белизны, а для цветных пигментов-декоративности, при сокращении энергозатрат и сохранении экологических свойств. Это достигается тем, что в способе получения пигментов, включающем обработку частиц наполнителя в аппарате для измельчения и последующую совместную обработку частиц красящего вещества и наполнителя, перед совместной обработкой частиц красящего вещества и наполнителя их предварительно смешивают в смесителе принудительного действия в течение 4-6 мин, а обработку наполнителя и смеси осуществляют в виброцентробежной мельнице при воздействии суммы центробежной и кориолисовой сил.The present invention relates to the field of production of shell pigments and can be used as substitutes for natural pigments in decorative cements, concrete, ceramics, polymeric and other materials.
