Abstract

Сущность изобретения заключается в том, что устройство для врезки водопровода в действующий без отключения его от сети и слива из него воды содержит два патрубка, нижний из которых приваривается к действующему водопроводу и оснащен запорным клапаном, режущий инструмент в виде сверла, соединенный с приводом для сверления вращающимся шпинделем, проходящим через сальниковое уплотнение верхнего патрубка. При этом к патрубку, привариваемому к действующему водопроводу вместо верхнего патрубка с сальником, крепится клиновая задвижка, диаметр условного прохода которой соответствует внутреннему диаметру врезаемого водопровода, к которой через переходник прикреплен червячный редуктор с электроприводом для вращения режущего инструмента и винтом для осуществления подачи этого инструмента в процессе резания. Для врезки водопроводов используется комбинированный режущий инструмент, состоящий из спирального и кольцевого сверл и при этом гладкая цилиндрическая поверхность хвостовика спирального сверла выступает над поверхностями зубьев кольцевого сверла на 10 oC 20 мм, обеспечивая надежное направление, исключения вибрации и охлаждение водой кольцевого сверла в процессе резания. Устройство отличается от аналогов тем, что обладает возможностью применения для врезки широкого диапазона диаметров трубопроводов, обеспечивает высокую надежность места врезки от утечки в процессе эксплуатации водопроводов и качеством проводимых работ.
