Abstract

FIELD: production of paper, varnish and paint materials, resins, etc. SUBSTANCE: resins are prepared by polymerization of unsaturated pyrocondensate fractions in presence of titanium tetrachloride and waste from diethylaluminium production in weight proportion 1:(0.1-10.0) within temperature range 30-130 C and catalyst concentration 1-4%. EFFECT: improved procedure and environmental safety; utilized wastes.

Claims (1)

Изобретение относится к способам получения нефтеполимерных смол, используемых при производстве бумаги, лакокрасочных материалов, резин и других материалов. Цель изобретения - повышение технологичности процесса, охрана окружающей среды, утилизация отходов. Сущность: нефтеполимерные смолы получают полимеризацией непредельных соединений фракций пироконденсата в присутствии четыреххлористого титана и отходов производства диэтилалюминийхлорида в массовом соотношении 1,0 : (0,1 - 10,0) в интервале температур 30 - 130oС и концентрации катализатора 1 - 4 мас.%.The invention relates to methods for producing oil-polymer resins used in the manufacture of paper, paints and varnishes, rubbers and other materials. The purpose of the invention is to improve the manufacturability of the process, environmental protection, waste disposal. Essence: petroleum polymer resins are obtained by polymerization of unsaturated compounds of pyrocondensate fractions in the presence of titanium tetrachloride and waste products of diethylaluminium chloride in a mass ratio of 1.0: (0.1 - 10.0) in the temperature range of 30 - 130 o C and a catalyst concentration of 1 - 4 wt. %
