Abstract
FIELD: petrochemical industry. SUBSTANCE: resins are produced by polymerization of unsaturated compounds contained in fractions of liquid pyrolysis products in presence of aluminium powder and waste from production of microspherical catalyst for propylene polymerization at weight ratio of aluminium to titanium tetrachloride (in waste) (0.02- 0.2):1 at temperature 30-130 C and catalyst concentration 1-3 wt %. Obtained resins are suitable for paper making, varnish and dye production, etc. EFFECT: increased process feasibility, improved environmental condition, reduced cost.

Изобретение относится к способам получения нефтеполимерных смол, используемых при производстве бумаги, лакокрасочных материалов, резин и других материалов. Цель изобретения - повышение технологичности процесса, охрана окружающей среды, утилизация отходов, снижение себестоимости смолы. Сущность: нефтеполимерные смолы получают полимеризацией непредельных соединений фракций жидких продуктов пиролиза в присутствии алюминиевой пудры и отходов производства микросферического катализатора полимеризации пропилена при массовом соотношении Al : TiCl4 - отх. (0,02 - 0,2) : 1,0 в интервале температур 30 - 130oС и концентрации катализатора 1 - 3 мас.%.The invention relates to methods for producing oil-polymer resins used in the manufacture of paper, paints and varnishes, rubbers and other materials. The purpose of the invention is to improve the processability, environmental protection, waste management, reducing the cost of resin.
