Abstract

FIELD: electrical engineering, production of alternating current generators used in generating aggregates operated in atmosphere heated during contact with hot details of combustion engine and with polluted dust, lubricant vapors. SUBSTANCE: design of the generator has no brush holder base with fittings. Due to that volume of cavity, in which brush joint and contact rings are located, is decreased. The cavity is formed only by shell and bearing shield, to which brush joint is directly fixed. Shell has ring type collar, that, if required, is prolonged till stop of bearing race to limit axial motion of bearing. Besides ring type collar, as a version, is made on bearing shield or simultaneously on shell and bearing shield. So shell, bearing shield and brush holder body form closed cavity, in which brush joint and contact rings are located and insulated from other joint and details of generator. Dimensions and weight of generator are decreased. EFFECT: decreased generator dimensions and weight.

Она образуется только кожухом и подшипниковым щитом, в котором непосредственно крепится щеточный узел. При этом кожух снабжен кольцевым буртом, который при необходимости может быть выполнен до упора с кольцом подшипника для ограничения осевого перемещения подшипника. Кроме того, кольцевой бурт может быть выполнен и на подшипниковом щите или одновременно на кожухе и на подшипниковом щите. Таким образом кожух, подшипниковый щит и корпус щеткодержателя образуют закрытую полость, в которой щеточный узел и контактные кольца размещены и изолированы от других узлов и деталей генераторов. In addition, the annular collar can be performed on the bearing shield or at the same time on the casing and on the bearing shield. Thus, the casing, the bearing shield and the housing of the brush holder form a closed cavity in which the brush assembly and contact rings are placed and isolated from other components and parts of the generators. This reduces the size and weight of the generator.
