Abstract

В результате нагревания водной смеси такой фторсодержащей кислоты, как HTiF, и такого окисла, гидроокиси и/или карбоната, как двуокись кремния, образуется прозрачная смесь с долговременной стабильностью к выпадению в осадок какой-либо твердой фазы даже в том случае, когда до нагревания фаза окисла, гидроокиси или карбоната представляла собой диспергированныи твердый материал в форме частиц, достаточно крупных, чтобы они легко рассеивались и смесь перед нагреванием становилась мутной. Приготовленную нагреванием смесь можно смешать либо с водорастворимыми и/или диспергируемыми в воде полимерами, которые являются полиоксиалкиламинозамещенными полимерами и/или сополимерами n-винилфенола, либо с иодорастворимым шестивалентным и/или трехвалентным хромом с получением композиции, которая улучшает коррозионную стойкость металлов, обработанных этой композицией, в особенности после последующей окраски.

Claims (1)

  1. В результате нагревания водной смеси такой фторсодержащей кислоты, как H2TiF6, и такого окисла, гидроокиси и/или карбоната, как двуокись кремния, образуется прозрачная смесь с долговременной стабильностью к выпадению в осадок какой-либо твердой фазы даже в том случае, когда до нагревания фаза окисла, гидроокиси или карбоната представляла собой диспергированныи твердый материал в форме частиц, достаточно крупных, чтобы они легко рассеивались и смесь перед нагреванием становилась мутной. Приготовленную нагреванием смесь можно смешать либо с водорастворимыми и/или диспергируемыми в воде полимерами, которые являются полиоксиалкиламинозамещенными полимерами и/или сополимерами n-винилфенола, либо с иодорастворимым шестивалентным и/или трехвалентным хромом с получением композиции, которая улучшает коррозионную стойкость металлов, обработанных этой композицией, в особенности после последующей окраски.
