EFFECT: increased catalyst activity; increased adhesion of active metals to carrier surface; improved heat resistance of catalyst.

Изобретение относится к катализаторам, используемым в процессах конверсии аммиака (производство азотной и синильной кислоты), окислению диоксида серы (производство серной кислоты), глубокого окисления углеводородов (каталитические нагреватели), мягкого окисления углеводородов (например производство формальдегида из метанола), очистка автомобильных и промышленных выбросов (дожигатели выхлопных газов) и др. В состав носителя катализатора, изготовленного в виде гранул, нитей, волокон, в форме тканых и нетканых материалов из оксидов кремния и/или алюминия дополнительно вводят лигирующие добавки каталитически активных металлов и/или их оксидов (например Pt, Pd, Ph, Jr, Ag, Au, Fe, Cr, Co, Ni, Mn, Pb, Cu) в количестве 0,0001 - 1,0% от массы носителя.
