Abstract
FIELD: oil and gas processing; production of fuels. SUBSTANCE: processing of gas condensate includes separating gas from liquid phase, processing instable condensate obtained into motor fuels using catalytic refining and rectification processes, peculiar feature of which consists in that, to catalytic refining, instable condensate is directly subjected at 250-430 C and 0.1-1.5 MPa pressure followed by rectification producing desired fuel fractions. Process is preferably conducted in presence of zeolite-containing catalyst composed of (in wt %): Y-type zeolite with molar silica to alumina ratio 4-8, 0.05-5.0; high-silica zeolite with molar silica to alumina ratio 20-100, 0.05-85.0; matrix, the balance. Preferable volume velocity of raw material feeding is 0.5-3.5 cu.m/cu.m h. It is also desirable rectification process to be carried out in presence of either gases produced in the catalytic refining process or rectification gases. Method makes it possible to process gas condensate at oil field, to simplify essentially technology of gas condensate processing, to raise motor fuels' yield to 93.7% producing gasolines with octane number up to 85-98 and diesel fuels with cetane number 45-54, and, at last, to control yields of gasoline and diesel fractions. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of process.
