Abstract

Предлагается испытательный прибор, содержащий приемник для удержания множества образцов текстильного материала и автоматический механизм подачи, расположенный рядом с приемником для выборочного зацепления и удаления образцов из приемника и транспортировки их к средству обработки, где образец текстильного материала обрабатывается для получения структурных элементов в индивидуализированном состоянии. Затем структурные элементы транспортируются к датчику, который выдает сигналы, соответствующие параметрам структурных элементов. Устройство управления обнаруживает присутствие или отсутствие образца в автоматическом механизме подачи и осуществляет соответствующее управление. Аналоговые и цифровые компоненты анализируют параметрические сигналы для идентификации сегментов параметрических сигналов, соответствующих непсам, сорной примеси и волокнам

Claims (1)

  1. Предлагается испытательный прибор, содержащий приемник для удержания множества образцов текстильного материала и автоматический механизм подачи, расположенный рядом с приемником для выборочного зацепления и удаления образцов из приемника и транспортировки их к средству обработки, где образец текстильного материала обрабатывается для получения структурных элементов в индивидуализированном состоянии. Затем структурные элементы транспортируются к датчику, который выдает сигналы, соответствующие параметрам структурных элементов. Устройство управления обнаруживает присутствие или отсутствие образца в автоматическом механизме подачи и осуществляет соответствующее управление. Аналоговые и цифровые компоненты анализируют параметрические сигналы для идентификации сегментов параметрических сигналов, соответствующих непсам, сорной примеси и волокнам.
