技术领域
本发明涉及一种检测系统，尤其涉及一种纺织检测系统。
背景技术
众所周知，在纺织物成品包装前，需要对纺织物表面进行金属、异物、厚度等检测，从而确定其是否合格，现有的检查方法主要是目检，这种方式不仅费时、费力，而且误检率较高。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构简单、功能完善的纺织检测系统。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明提供一种纺织检测系统，包括主控单元，所述主控单元的内部设置有对比器和存储器，所述主控单元上连接有图像采集单元、金属检测器、厚度测量仪和显示器。
所述主控单元上还连接有温度监测器和湿度监测器。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果为：
由于本发明的一种纺织检测系统，由于设置有金属检测器，所以能够检测布料中是否含有金属丝，另外还设置有图像采集单元，通过实际图像与标准图像对比，检测布料表面是否存在异物，因此本发明结构简单、功能较完善。

以下结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明做进一步详细说明
参见图1所示，一种纺织检测系统，包括主控单元2，所述主控单元2的内部设置有对比器4和标准图像存储器6，所述主控单元2上连接有图像采集单元8、金属检测器10、厚度测量仪12和用于显示检测或者监测结果的显示器14。
所述主控单元2上还连接有温度监测器16和湿度监测器18。
综上所述，本发明结构简单、功能较完善。

1.一种纺织检测系统，包括主控单元（2），其特征在于：所述主控单元（2）的内部设置有对比器（4）和存储器（6），所述主控单元（2）上连接有图像采集单元（8）、金属检测器（10）、厚度测量仪（12）和显示器（14）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的纺织检测系统，其特征在于：所述主控单元（2）上还连接有温度监测器（16）和湿度监测器（18）。
