本实用新型涉及一种检测系统，尤其涉及一种纺织检测系统。
背景技术
众所周知，在纺织物成品包装前，需要对纺织物表面进行金属、异物、厚度等检测，从而确定其是否合格，以前的检查方法主要是目检，这种方式不仅费时、费力，而且误检率较高，之后利用自动化的纺织检测系统进行检测，虽提高了检测效率，也降低了误检率，但其检测仅限于面，也就是说仅能发现金属丝或者异物在纺织物的哪一段，并不能确切的指出金属丝或者异物具体存在的位置，因此无法及时清除。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种能够具体确定异物位置的纺织检测系统。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型提供一种纺织检测系统，包括主控单元，所述主控单元的内部设置有对比器和存储器，所述主控单元上连接有图像采集单元和金属检测器，还包括滑杆装置，所述滑杆装置上活动的设置有红外发光装置，所述滑杆装置与驱动装置相连接，所述驱动装置与所述主控单元相连接。
所述驱动装置通过驱动器与所述主控单元相连接。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的有益效果为：
由于本实用新型的一种纺织检测系统，设置有滑杆装置，该滑杆装置上活动的设置有红外发光装置，使用时，通过滑杆装置的移动能够将红外发光装置移动到具体异物的上方，再通过红外发光装置的照射指定具体位置，自动完成、无需人工操作，且方便快捷，因此本实用新型能够具体确定异物位置。

参见图1所示，一种纺织检测系统，包括主控单元2，所述主控单元2的内部设置有对比器4和存储器6，所述主控单元2上连接有图像采集单元8和金属检测器10，还包括滑杆装置12，所述滑杆装置12上活动的设置有红外发光装置14，所述滑杆装置12与驱动装置16相连接，所述驱动装置16与所述主控单元2相连接。
为保护驱动装置16，使所述驱动装置16通过驱动器15与所述主控单元2相连接。
综上所述，本实用新型结构简单、功能较完善。

1.一种纺织检测系统，包括主控单元（2），所述主控单元（2）的内部设置有对比器（4）和存储器（6），所述主控单元（2）上连接有图像采集单元（8）和金属检测器（10），其特征在于：还包括滑杆装置（12），所述滑杆装置（12）上活动的设置有红外发光装置（14），所述滑杆装置（12）与驱动装置（16）相连接，所述驱动装置（16）与所述主控单元（2）相连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种纺织检测系统，其特征在于：所述驱动装置（16）通过驱动器（15）与所述主控单元（2）相连接。
