SUBSTANCE: device for transmission of impact energy is located in hammers body between percussive mass and driven member and consists of three parts successively rigidly connected to each other: upper massive member - head 1, touching percussive mass 2, lower supporting member 3 made in form of ring or solid pate interacting with driven member directly or through cap, and hollow flexible member head and lower supporting member. Flexible member 5 is made in form of several concentric and successively connected pipes. Pipes are cylindrical in shape and, approximately, of same cross-section. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 9 cl, 9 dwg

Claims (1)

Устройство расположено в корпусе молота между ударной массой и забиваемым элементом и состоит из трех частей последовательно жестко соединенных друг с другом: верхнего массивного элемента-оголовка 1, соприкасающегося с ударной массой 2; нижнего опорного элемента 3, выполненного в виде кольца или сплошной пластины, взаимодействующего с забиваемым элементом непосредственно или через наголовник; пустотелого упругого элемента 5, расположенного между оголовком и нижним опорным элементом. Упругий элемент 5 выполнен в виде нескольких концентрично расположенных последовательно соединенных труб. Трубы имеют цилиндрическую форму и примерно одинаковый размер поперечного сечения.
