Изобретение относится к микробиологической промышленности и касается получения белоксодержащей кормовой добавки из отходов производства питательных сред. Цель: улучшение качества целевого продукта и снижение энергозатрат. Сущность изобретения: отходы производства питательных сред, содержащие белки животного происхождения, смешивают с источником белка растительного происхождения в соотношении отходы производства питательных сред источник белка растительного происхождения, равном 1:1oC1,2. Использование предлагаемого способа позволяет получать продукт с высоким содержанием белка, при этом значительно снижается расход электроэнергии по сравнению с известным способом.The invention relates to the microbiological industry and relates to the production of protein-containing feed additives from waste products of nutrient media.
