Abstract
Изобретение относится к способному реплицироваться рекомбинантному вирусу свиной оспы, содержащему чужеродную ДНК, вставленную в участок вирусной ДНК свиной оспы, не имеющий существенного значения для репликации вируса свиной оспы. Кроме того, изобретение относится к гомологичным векторам, продуцирующим рекомбинантные вирусы свиной оспы путем вставки чужеродной ДНК в вирусную ДНК свиной оспы.
Claims (1)
- Изобретение относится к способному реплицироваться рекомбинантному вирусу свиной оспы, содержащему чужеродную ДНК, вставленную в участок вирусной ДНК свиной оспы, не имеющий существенного значения для репликации вируса свиной оспы. Кроме того, изобретение относится к гомологичным векторам, продуцирующим рекомбинантные вирусы свиной оспы путем вставки чужеродной ДНК в вирусную ДНК свиной оспы.
