Abstract

FIELD: instrumentation engineering. SUBSTANCE: turbine converter of flow rate is means to measure rate of flow of liquids and gases in closed pressure pipe-lines. It has case with cylindrical flow chamber which houses nozzle, small turbine balanced hydrodynamically and coaxial to flow chamber, limiter, unit picking off rotational speed of small turbine. Duct of nozzle is made in the form of cylindrical hole which diameter is lesser on side of inlet of measured medium than on side of outlet. Transition from lesser diameter to bigger one is manufactured in the form of hemisphere. Nozzle is so mounted that there is formed flow duct between case and nozzle. Surface of turbine fairing on side of measured medium is fabricated in the form of hemisphere transiting into cylinder of lesser diameter which carries turbine blades. Stabilizing ring can be put on blades of turbine. EFFECT: reduced hydraulic losses and dimensions, expanded measurement range.

Изобретение относится к измерительной технике и предназначено для измерения расхода жидкостей и газов в закрытых напорных трубопроводах. Турбинный преобразователь расхода содержит корпус с цилиндрической проточной камерой, внутри которой расположены сопло, гидродинамически уравновешанная турбинка, соосная проточной камере, ограничитель, а также узел съема частоты вращения турбинки. При этом канал сопла выполнен в виде цилиндрического отверстия, диаметр которого со стороны входа измеряемой среды меньше, чем со стороны выхода, а переход от меньшего диаметра к большему выполнен в виде полусферы, сопло установлено таким образом, что между корпусом и соплом имеется проточный канал, поверхность обтекателя турбинки со стороны входа измеряемой среды выполнена в виде полусферы, переходящей в цилиндр меньшего диаметра, на котором расположены лопасти турбинки. На лопасти турбинки может быть надето стабилизирующее кольцо. Данное изобретение позволяет уменьшить гидравлические потери, габаритные размеры, расширить диапазон измерения.The invention relates to measuring equipment and is intended for measuring the flow of liquids and gases in closed pressure pipelines. A stabilizer ring may be worn on the turbine blades. This invention allows to reduce hydraulic losses, overall dimensions, to expand the measurement range.
