Abstract
FIELD: strip rolling. SUBSTANCE: gear for abrasive powder descaling of strip has working chamber filled with abrasive powder with slits for entrance and exit of descaled strip, at least two mechanisms for compaction of powder each fabricated in the form of blades with means for their tightening placed in opposition on both sides of plane of pulling of strip and electromagnets with U-shaped magnetic cores positioned on rear sides of blades, electromagnetic sluices put behind each mechanism for compaction having E-shaped magnetic cores and mechanism for pulling of strip through chamber. Special of invention is that adjacent poles of electromagnets of mechanism for compaction of powder and of sluice mounted on one side from plane of strip pulling along direction of its movement have same polarity. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of descaling.

Устройство включает рабочую камеру, заполненную абразивным порошком и имеющую щели для входа и выхода очищаемой полосы, по меньшей мере два механизма уплотнения порошка, выполненный каждый в виде оппозитно расположенных по обе стороны плоскости протягивания полосы лопаток со средствами их поджатия, и с размещенными с тыльной стороны лопаток электромагнитами с П-образными магнитопроводами, электромагнитные шлюзы за каждым механизмом уплотнения, имеющие Ш-образные магнитопроводы, и механизм протягивания полосы через камеру. Новым в устройстве является то, что соседние полюса электромагнитов механизма уплотнения порошка и шлюза, установленных по одну сторону от плоскости протягивания полосы вдоль направления ее движения, имеют одинаковую полярность.The invention relates to the production of strip steel, namely to clean it from scale after hot rolling.
