Изобретение относится к области малотоксичных, не содержащих хроматов антикоррозионных грунтовок под уретановые, акрилуретановые, акриловые и эпоксидные покрытия для защиты от коррозии изделий авиационной техники. Предлагается грунтовка, обладающая малой токсичностью, не содержащая хроматов, стойкая к действию гидравлической жидкости, с повышенной адгезией для антикоррозионной защиты алюминиевых сплавов и сталей, содержащая полимерное связующее на основе эпоксидно-диановой смолы, двуокись титана, наполнитель - тальк, отвердитель, органические растворители, отличающаяся тем, что она дополнительно содержит модификатор на основе акриловой смолы, антикоррозионные пигменты: фосфат алюминия и молибдат цинка, наполнитель - аэросил и в качестве отвердителя - кремнийорганический амин при следующем соотношении компонентов, мас.ч.: эпоксидно-диановая смола 100, модификатор на основе акриловой смолы 10 - 20, фосфат алюминия 30 - 40, молибдат цинка 30 - 40, двуокись титана 30 - 40, тальк, микротальк 18 - 24, аэросил 10 - 15, отвердитель на основе кремнийорганических аминов 30 - 50, органические растворители 350 - 530.The invention relates to the field of low-toxic, chromate-free anti-corrosion primers for urethane, acrylurethane, acrylic and epoxy coatings for corrosion protection of aircraft products.
