Устройство состоит из корпуса 1 с проточным каналом 2, вихревого генератора 3, состоящим из конфузора 4, тороидальной камеры 5 и диффузора 6. Кроме того, последовательно с камерой 5 размещена камера 7 отличного диаметра. Топливовоздушная смесь, в результате разрежения в камере 5, вызванного всасывающим тактом цилиндра, поступает в камеру 5, где происходит дробление частиц топлива в потоке воздуха, продолжающееся в поле высокочастотных колебаний в диффузоре 6.
