Abstract

FIELD: drilling of oil and gas wells; controlled change of well inclination angle. SUBSTANCE: straight sections of well are drilled with rotating drilling bit and stopped pipe string, and well inclined sections are drilled with simultaneous rotation of the downhole motor rotor and pipe string in same direction and speed. The device for embodiment of the offered method has downhole motor whose body is connected with pipe string and rotor rotates relative to longitudinal axis of the body, deflected bit shaft carrying drilling bit, connecting unit of rotor and bit shaft, bearing support and gager. Connecting unit is made in form of articulated coupling. Support of bit shaft is spherical with center lying on the motor axis and bit shaft is installed in support for rotation relative to the center. When rotor and bit shaft rotate, drill rotates and drills the well straight section. In concurrent synchronous rotation of rotor and pipe string, angle of inclination of bit shaft is stabilized and inclined section is drilled, and final diameter is formed with the help of gager. Claims (1)

Использование: управление изменением угла отклонения при бурении нефтяных и газовых скважин. Сущность изобретения: прямые участки скважины бурят при вращении бурового долота и застопоренной колонне бурильных труб, а наклонные участки бурят при одновременном вращении ротора двигателя и колонны бурильных труб в одну сторону с равной частотой. Устройство содержит забойный двигатель, корпус которого соединен с колонной бурильных труб, а ротор вращается относительно продольной оси корпуса, отклоняемый шпиндельный вал, несущий буровое долото, соединительный узел ротора и шпиндельного вала, подшипниковую опору и калибратор, причем соединительный узел выполнен в виде шарнирной муфты, опора шпиндельного вала выполнена сферической с центром, лежащим на оси двигателя, а шпиндельный вал установлен в опоре с возможностью вращения относительно ее центра. При вращении ротора и шпиндельного вала долото вращается и разбуривает прямой участок скважины.
