Abstract

FIELD: metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of creation of means protecting structural materials against action of corrosive means, in particular, to metal-ceramic coating used in liquid-propellant rocket engines to protect air-gas flow area of turbine. In addition invention refers to process of manufacture of such coating on articles made from alloys based on nickel. Metal-ceramic coating has nickel, silicon, barium and boron, boron, chrome, titanium boride, molybdenum disilicide. Coating is deposited on article by slip layers of metal-ceramic mass including components mentioned above mixed in water with addition of clay. Each layer of coating is dried in air till wet spots on surface of layer disappear. Then coating is fired at temperature of ageing of specified alloys. In this case first layer is fired in air in the course of 1-2 hours and subsequent layer - in the course of 20-30 min. Application of proposed coating and process of its manufacture on articles from dispersion-hardening alloys ensure reliable serviceability of heat-stressed parts and units of turbines of liquid-propellant rocket engines under conditions of cyclic action of flow of oxygen-containing gas carrying metal particles at temperature up to 900 C. EFFECT: ensured reliable serviceability of parts and units of turbines of liquid-propellant rocket engines.

Кроме того, изобретение относится к способу получения этого покрытия на изделиях из сплавов на никелевой основе. Металлокерамическое покрытие содержит никель, кремний, оксиды кремния, бария, бора, бор, хром, борид титана, дисилицид молибдена. Покрытие наносят на изделие шликерными слоями металлокерамической массы, включающей указанные выше компоненты, перемешанной в воде с добавлением часовярской глины, каждый слой покрытия сушат на воздухе до исчезновения на поверхности слоя влажных пятен, а затем обжигают при температуре старения указанных сплавов. При этом первый слой обжигают на воздухе в течение 1 - 2 ч, а последующие слои - в течение 20 - 30 мин. Использование предлагаемого покрытия и способа получения его на изделиях из дисперсионно-твердеющих никелевых сплавов обеспечит надежную работоспособность теплонапряженных деталей и узлов ТНА ЖРД в условиях циклического воздействия потока кислородосодержащего газа, включающего металлические частицы, например, из сплава АMг6, при температуре до 900°С.In addition, the invention relates to a method for producing this coating on products from nickel-based alloys.
