Mentioned above epoxy ether resin represents condensate of epoxy diane resin (content of epoxy groups in it being 7.5-21.0 %) with monocarboxylic fatty acids of dehydrated castor or sun flower oil or tallow oil or their mixture, or with anhydrides of dicarboxylic acids and pentaerytritol. Coating which is prepared on the base of said composition is hardened without adding of special additives at 155-160 C. EFFECT: improves quality of desired product.

Сущность изобретения заключается в том, что композиция содержит в качестве пленкообразующего водоразбавляемую эпоксиэфирную смолу с к.ч. 40 - 80 мг КОН/г, представляющую собой соконденсат эпоксидной диановой смолы с содержанием экпоксигрупп 7,5 - 21,0% с одноосновными жирными кислотами дегидратированного касторового или подсолнечного масел, или таллового, или их смесями ангидридами дикарбоновых кислот и пентаэритрита - 30 - 50%, пигмент - 0,5 - 29,5%, наполнитель - 1 - 30%, водорастворимый органический растворитель - остальное. Покрытие отверждается без введения специальных отверждающих добавок при 155 - 160oС и обладает хорошими физико-механическими и защитными свойствами.The invention relates to the field of the paint and varnish industry and for the production of environmentally friendly water-borne compositions for coatings of hot drying, intended for priming and painting of metal products.
