Abstract

FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: walling structure of light-weight concrete is made of concrete mix with aggregate possessing absorption and adsorption properties. Aggregate is made up of cement, coarse porous aggregate of 5-10 and 1-20 mm, fine aggregate of 0.15-5 mm. Used in function of fine aggregate is waste of mineral-wool production process (regulus) or its mixture with quartz sand. Also used as active mineral additive is fine-ground regulus with specific surface area of 1500-2000 cm2/g and water. Concrete mix can additionally contain air-entraining additive for purpose of moderate porosity of mix with its simultaneous plasticization. Physico-chemical indices of concrete: final strength after thermal treatment - 4.21-7.56 MPa, strength after normal-moisture hardening (standard) for 28 days - 5.81-10.61 MPa, grade as to frost-resistance - P 50-F 100, thermal conductivity factor in dry condition - 0.26-0.36 V/m C. EFFECT: high efficiency.

Сущность изобретения: ограждающая конструкция из легкого бетона выполнена из бетонной смеси с заполнителями, обладающими абсорбционно-адсорбционными свойствами, содержащей цемент, крупный пористый заполнитель фракций 5 - 10 и 10 - 20 мм, мелкий заполнитель фракции 0,15 - 5 мм, в качестве которого использован отход минераловатного производства - "королек" или его смесь с кварцевым песком, а также активную минеральную добавку, в качестве которой использован тонкомолотый "королек" с удельной поверхностью 1500 - 2000 см2/г и воду. Бетонная смесь может дополнительно содержать воздухововлекающую добавку с целью умеренной поризации смеси и одновременной ее пластификации. Физико-механические показатели бетона: отпускная прочность после тепловой обработки 4,21 - 7,56 МПа, прочность после 28 сут нормально-влажностного твердения (марочная) 5,81 - 10,61 МПа, марка по морозостойкости F 50 - F 100, коэффициент теплопроводности в сухом состоянии 0,26 - 0,36 Вт/мoС.The inventive enclosing structure of lightweight concrete is made of concrete mixture with aggregates having absorption and adsorption properties containing cement, a large porous aggregate of fractions 5-10 and 10-20 mm, a fine aggregate fraction 0.15-5 mm, which mineral wool production waste - “korolek” or its mixture with quartz sand was used, as well as an active mineral additive, which was used as a finely ground “korolek” with a specific surface of 1500 - 2000 cm 2 / g and water.
