Abstract
FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: walling structure of light-weight concrete is made of concrete mix with aggregate possessing absorption and adsorption properties. Aggregate is made up of cement, coarse porous aggregate of 5-10 and 1-20 mm, fine aggregate of 0.15-5 mm. Used in function of fine aggregate is waste of mineral-wool production process (regulus) or its mixture with quartz sand. Also used as active mineral additive is fine-ground regulus with specific surface area of 1500-2000 cm2/g and water. Concrete mix can additionally contain air-entraining additive for purpose of moderate porosity of mix with its simultaneous plasticization. Physico-chemical indices of concrete: final strength after thermal treatment - 4.21-7.56 MPa, strength after normal-moisture hardening (standard) for 28 days - 5.81-10.61 MPa, grade as to frost-resistance - P 50-F 100, thermal conductivity factor in dry condition - 0.26-0.36 V/m C. EFFECT: high efficiency.
