Abstract

FIELD: electrical engineering; disk electric motors with spherical end face surfaces of stator and rotor. SUBSTANCE: offered electric motor has rotor winding and commutator, thanks to it efficiency of commutator motor is materially increased. Bearing unit in induction motor is arranged on rotor shaft, and load is taken directly from rotor shaft. In offered invention bearing unit with rotor is fitted on support rod, and load can be taken directly from shaft secured at opposite side of rotor or through planetary friction mechanism. This enlarges operating capabilities of commutator motor and without disturbing its main design, provided is possibility of attachment of shafts of different diameters and lengths required for operation with different mechanism. If necessary, electric motor can be coupled with planetary friction mechanism, torque on motor output shaft is increased but overall dimensions of construction are considerably smaller than those of induction motor of the same power rating which reduces use of materials in production of electric motors. Universal design of commutator motor makes it possible to put out motors of different power ratings (within definite limits) simply by changing the length of packs of rotor and stator, thus providing adaptability to manufacture of motors. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities.

Существенные отличия заявленного асинхронного электродвигателя заключаются в том, что ротор имеет обмотку и коллектор, чем значительно повышается КПД коллекторного эледтродвигателя. В ассинхронном электродвигателе подшипниковый узел размещен на валу ротора и нагрузка снимается непосредственно с вала ротора, в настоящем изобретении подшипниновый узел с ротором насажен на опорный стержень, а нагрузка может сниматься непосредственно с вала прикрепленного с противоположной стороны ротора или через планетарный фрикционный механизм. В данном случае расширяются функциональные возможности коллекторного электродвигателя, не нарушая основной его конструкции, можно производить в технологическом режиме крепление разных по диаметру и длине валов, присущих к работе с различными механизмами. При необходимости спаривание электродвигателя с планетарным фрикционным механизмом увеличивает момент на выходном валу, при этом общая габаритность данной конструкции значительно меньше асинхронного электродвигателя той же мощности, что позволяет снизить материалоемкость электродвигателя. The universality of the design of the collector electric motor allows it to be manufactured with various powers (within certain limits), while changing only the length of the rotor and stator packages, which determines its manufacturability.
