Abstract

FIELD: railway transport; electropneumatic brakes of passenger trains, electric trains, diesel-electric trains and underground trains. SUBSTANCE: proposed method provides for control over compressed air pressure in working chamber of electric air distributors, transmission of results of checking along electric circuit and provision of light indication of checking results, control of duration of pressure transient processes, light indication of results of checking of brake time parameters and its fixing with possibility of subsequent clearing off, functional checking of mode control elements. New operations are: time control, light indication of braking duty, fixing and clearing off light indications and functional checking. Device for implementation of this method has contact pressure sensors, two-wire circuit, measuring voltage source, light indication units, time checking and information equivalent circuits units and diodes. New elements are time checking and equivalent circuit units and diodes. EFFECT: improved safety of rail traffic, decreased labor input in checking of brake equipment.

Изобретение относится к техническим средствам электрического управления пневматическим тормозом преимущественно пассажирских поездов, электропоездов, дизель-поездов, поездов метрополитена. Технический результат изобретения - повышение безопасности движения рельсовых транспортных средств и снижение трудоемкости контроля за их тормозным оборудованием. Способ изобретения предусматривает контроль давления сжатого воздуха в рабочей камере электровоздухораспределителей, передачу по электрической цепи и световую индикацию результатов контроля, контроль длительности переходного процесса изменения давлен я, световую индикацию результатов контроля временных параметров тормоза, ее фиксацию с возможностью ее последующего сброса, функциональную проверку элементов режимного контроля. Новыми операциями являются контроль времени, световая индикация режима торможения, фиксация и сброс световой индикации, функциональная проверка. Устройство, реализующее способ изобретения, содержит контактные датчики давления, двухпроводную цепь, источник измерительного напряжения, блоки световой индикации, контроля времени и замещения информационных цепей и диоды.
