Abstract
FIELD: voltmetric studies for determination of potentio- and galvanostatic and dynamic curves, particular for determination of corrosion rate, selection of additives in electroplating processes, study of surfactants effect on cathode and anode processes. SUBSTANCE: device for electrochemical measurements has three-electrode system in which working electrode is used in form of a part of tested specimen in which measuring cell is installed, which accommodates comparison electrode and auxiliary electrode. Measuring cell is filled with liquid electrolyte and provides for contact of working electrode with electrolyte and allocation of always same area due to use of pressing unit. EFFECT: reduced time for preparation operations, high accuracy of measurements and their reproducibility.
