Abstract

Изобретение касается способа изготовления текучего порошка, содержащего частицы материала носителя, покрытые составом покрытия, который использует для покрытия частиц распылительно-сушильную или распылительно-охлаждающую установку со средством распыления типа распылительного сопла высокого давления или распылительного колеса. Способ предусматривает создание потока капелек жидкого покрытия, подачу транспортирующего газа с частицами, подлежащими покрытию, и подачу сушильного газа в сушильную камеру. Согласно изобретению контакт покрытия с частицами осуществляют таким образом, чтобы предотвращать преждевременный контакт сушильного газа с покрытием.

Claims (1)

  1. Изобретение касается способа изготовления текучего порошка, содержащего частицы материала носителя, покрытые составом покрытия, который использует для покрытия частиц распылительно-сушильную или распылительно-охлаждающую установку со средством распыления типа распылительного сопла высокого давления или распылительного колеса. Способ предусматривает создание потока капелек жидкого покрытия, подачу транспортирующего газа с частицами, подлежащими покрытию, и подачу сушильного газа в сушильную камеру. Согласно изобретению контакт покрытия с частицами осуществляют таким образом, чтобы предотвращать преждевременный контакт сушильного газа с покрытием.
