Способ получения вяжущего состоит в сухом измельчении исходного оксидного материала, последующем измельчении порошка в присутствии дисперсионной среды и перемешивании полученного продукта с сухим измельченным материалом. Сухое измельчение ведут до получения порошка крупностью 90 мас.%≅ 30 мкм. На последующее измельчение в присутствии дисперсионной среды направляют 1,0 - 15,0 мас.% порошка. Его измельчают до крупности 85 мас.% ≅ 0,05 мкм и перемешивают с оставшимся порошком сухого измельчения.
