Abstract

FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves performing one session complex treatment by exposing vertebral column to controllable vibration massage, stretching and heat treatment applied concurrently. Special treatment technique is applied related to adequate position of patient body, prescribed order, cycles and time duration of separate procedures united in one session and in the whole treatment course. One complex treatment session has medical exercise, vibromassage, and heat treatment in semi-lying position, vibromassage, dry stretching and heat treatment in lying position, massage and manual treatment. Vibromassage and stretching are carried out in 2-4 cycles with load increasing from cycle to cycle by 15-30%. Vibration frequency is regulated from 0 to 85 Hz, its amplitude is regulated from 0.2 to 3.5 mm and its temperature from 25 to 65 C. Physical training exercise is carried out during 5-20 min. Vibromassage takes 1-3 min in each cycle of 10- 15 min, the rest time is given to stretching. The whole treatment course is at least 10 sessions long with sessions repeated each day or each second - third day. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment course. 6 cl

1 с. и 5 з.п. The invention relates to the field of physiotherapy and can be used in the treatment of osteochondrosis of the spine. Increasing the effectiveness of synergistic effects, reducing the duration of treatment and increasing the duration of its results is achieved due to the integrated treatment of osteochondrosis within a single treatment session by means of combined exposure to the patient’s spine with adjustable vibration massage and traction with simultaneous heat exposure, as well as through special treatment techniques: with adequate positions the patient’s body, with certain sequence, cycle and regulation of various procedures in one session e and throughout the course of treatment. In one complex treatment session, therapeutic gymnastics, vibration massage and thermal exposure in the reclining position, vibration massage, dry traction and thermal exposure in the supine position, massage and manual exposure are performed. Vibro massage and traction are carried out in 2-4 cycles with an increase in load from cycle to cycle by 15-30%. The vibration frequency is regulated from 0 to 85 Hz, its amplitude is from 0.2 to 3.5 mm, the extension is from 2 to 60 kg, and the temperature is from 25 to 65 ° C. Gymnastics is carried out for 5-20 minutes. Vibromassage in each cycle of 10-15 minutes is carried out for 1-3 minutes, stretching - the rest of the cycle. The course of treatment is at least 10 sessions with daily or after 1-2 days repetition of sessions. 1 sec and 5 z.p. f-ly.
