Abstract
Изобретение относится к медицинской микробиологии и может быть использовано в качестве референс-штамма при определении α- и β- гемолитической активности - признаков патогенности энтеробактерий. Штамм обладает стабильной способностью продуцировать α- и β-гемолизины, вызывая лизис эритроцитов барана и кролика. α- и β-гемолитическую активность определяют путем посева штамма на питательную среду, содержащую эритроциты барана и кролика, с последующей инкубацией при (37±1)С в течение 18-24 ч и учета. Наличие зон лизиса свидетельствует о продукции α- и β- гемолизинов.

- Изобретение относится к медицинской микробиологии и может быть использовано в качестве референс-штамма при определении α- и β- гемолитической активности - признаков патогенности энтеробактерий. Штамм обладает стабильной способностью продуцировать α- и β-гемолизины, вызывая лизис эритроцитов барана и кролика. α- и β-гемолитическую активность определяют путем посева штамма на питательную среду, содержащую эритроциты барана и кролика, с последующей инкубацией при (37±1)oС в течение 18-24 ч и учета. Наличие зон лизиса свидетельствует о продукции α- и β- гемолизинов.
