Reloader 4 is mounted above end of part 2; reloader is made in form of shaft with needles radially arranged in it. Infra-red radiator units are located above both parts of conveyer; radiator units are provided with reflectors which are also made from AMГ-6 aluminium alloy. Fan 8 is mounted in under-conveyer space above bottom 7 which is also made from AMГ-6 aluminium alloy. Plant consists of five zones: unloading zone 1, intensive heating zone 11, drying zone III, conditioning zone IV and unloading zone V. Изобретение относится к устройствам для сушки с применением тепла, а именно с применением элементов, испускающих инфракрасные лучи, и может быть использовано для сушки макаронных изделий или других пищевых продуктов. Технический результат заключается в том, что снижаются время сушки продукта и энергозатраты на единицу производимой продукции. Установка содержит сушильную камеру прямоугольного сечения, изготовленную из алюминиевого сплава АМГ-6. В камере установлен сетчатый транспортер, который состоит из двух частей последовательно расположенных в разных уровнях так, что начало части находится под концом части. Над концом части установлен перегружатель, представляющий собой вал с радиально расположенными в нем иглами. Над обеими частями транспортера расположены блоки и 6 инфракрасных излучателей с отражателями, выполненными, как и сушильная камера, из алюминиевого сплава АМГ-6. В подтранспортерном пространстве выше днища, установлен вентилятор. Днище, как часть корпуса сушильной камеры, изготовлено также из алюминиевого сплава АМГ-6. В целом установка состоит из пяти зон: I - зона загрузки, II - зона интенсивного прогрева, III - зона сушки, IV - зона кондиционирования и V - зона выгрузки.The invention relates to devices for drying using heat, namely, using elements emitting infrared rays, and can be used for drying pasta or other food products.
