Abstract

FIELD: building material production. SUBSTANCE: composition of light concrete mixture includes roasting free encapsulated filler comprising precipitation of aeration station. The precipitation has up to 40 - 60 % heavy metals of total weight of minerals of the encapsulated filler. The filler obtained by such a method is used in preparing concrete of the following composition (percent by weight): 20 - 25 Portland cement; 40 - 50 sand; the balance being filler with precipitation of aeration station comprising copper, zinc, lead, cadmium, chromium, mercury, antimony in combination with dry ash from thermal power station, milled lime and gypsum with ratio as follows: 0.50:0.30:0.15:0.05. EFFECT: concrete of lower density, utilization of precipitation from aeration station.

Claims (1)

The composition of the light-concrete mixture, in which, in order to expand the use of industrial waste and reduce the density of concrete, they use non-calcined encapsulated aggregate containing sludge from the aeration station in order to utilize it and reduce the density of concrete. The stated technical problem is solved by introducing a station sediment additive containing heavy metal compounds in an amount of 40-60% by weight of the mineral components of the encapsulated aggregate into the composition during the preparation of the non-fired aggregate. The aggregate obtained in this way is used in the preparation of concrete of the following composition, wt.%: Portland cement - 20 - 25, sand - 40 - 50, aggregate using an aeration station sediment, containing copper, zinc, lead, cadmium, chromium, mercury, antimony combination with dry ash of thermal power station, ground lime and gypsum in a ratio of 0.5: 0.3: 0.15: 0.05, respectively.
